Quality of the chair is great, however your advertising of the chair is extremely misleading when you say it has the capacity for people up yo 200cm and 200kg.
Chair is far too small for me and I'm 195cm and 105kg

Nice Chair But Missing Part

I decided to go with TT Racing and get a higher end chair from them, so I got a Maxx Gaming Chair. It is stable, good material. I am pleased with the chair. It came missing a cover on the side so I contacted support. At first, they seemed very interested in solving the problem, then communication stopped without a shared resolution. My follow-up email was not responded to, at least as of yet. It has been over ten days since last response from customer support. Not sure what happened. Maybe a glitch in their system. I am still pleased with the chair.
