Partnering with LBC and JTCargo, we’re excited to share that we are now offering nationwide delivery for our chairs, smart desks, and accessories! Please note that our Delivery SLA may vary depending on your location. It usually takes: 3–5 days for areas within the NCR region, 5–7 days for areas within the Luzon region, 7–14 days for areas within the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Our warehouse is operational from Mondays to Saturdays, 9AM to 6PM.

[We do NOT cater COD (Cash-on-Delivery) or Same-day/Next-day deliveries, as our ability to fulfill this setup directly varies from the limitations of our couriers].

We currently offer limited assembly assistance within the NCR area through select members of our Homegrounds team from BGC, Taguig City. Since this service is still in its early stage and demand remains limited, we don’t yet have a dedicated in-house assembly team in the Philippines.

Assembly support may be voluntarily extended by available team members - with their availability, and scheduling subject. The assembly rates however may range from 499php-1,199php per unit depending on the product.

As this is not yet an official company service, it is not eligible yet for the issuance of a formal service invoice. All assembly arrangements are made directly between the customer and the assisting team member. To book, please head to this link [here].

TTRacing chairs are known to be extremely durable, even so, taking good aftercare is vitally important to ensure the chair feels and looks like you first bought it.
Thus, it is essential to avoid any forms of liquid as it is unfavorable to the PU Leather/Fabric of your chair and do take extra step to wiping it down once in a while to keep it clean. Best clean with microfiber cloth to keep it spick-and-span for years.

The rates may vary on your selected courier, region, and total weight of the items in your order. You can see the shipping fee calculation accordingly when you fill up our Checkout Form.

We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Orders are usually ready for shipment within 2 business days and the delivery times are as follows:

NCR/Metro Manila: 2-4 additional days
Other areas: 3-5 additional days

You will receive a tracking number in your email once we have shipped it out which includes the link where you may trace your order.

All our customers enjoy a 2-year limited hardware warranty on parts and lifetime warranty on frame

  1. Incomplete set of parts on delivery
  2. Any defect(s) of parts during delivery
  3. Significant defect(s) of mechanical part(s) such as hydraulics, recline mechanism, and tilt mechanism
  4. For electric powered desk - malfunction in lifting motor
  1. Notify us through “Contact Us”, providing us any relevant images or videos within 7 days from the date of defect.
  2. For new unit(s), please notify us before assembly. Once assembly is done, warranty will not be covered for physical damage(s)
  3. Any part(s) repaired or replaced will be covered for the remaining warranty period
